Your data and decisions

Use files you are authorised to process. Keep fresh backups and review proposed edits. The software processes snapshots; it does not know your store’s current state, app dependencies, prices or tax configuration. You decide which changes to export and whether to import them.

Free workspace

All supported analyses are available within the published file limits. The free workflow exports up to 25 changed variants per package. Example files are illustrative and must not be imported into a live store.

What you buy

Pro is a version 1 license for one operator at €39. Team is a version 1 license for up to five operators at €99. Each license covers commercial work across any number of your own or client stores, within the same file limits. Team seats may be reassigned within your organisation, with no more than five active operators. There is no recurring license charge. Prices include applicable taxes; there are no shipping charges.

The license removes the 25-variant export limit. It does not include store management, custom integrations, consulting, source-code rights or a promise of future major versions. Keep the license key private. You may deliver generated update files to clients, but may not resell, publish or distribute the license key.

Payment and delivery

Choose a plan on the pricing page and review the total in Stripe before paying. After Stripe confirms successful payment, return to the purchase page to activate and download your license key. Some payment methods take longer to confirm; access begins only after confirmation. Save the key for another browser or device. The purchase page can also recover an order in the original browser while its essential recovery cookie remains available.

Software access requires an internet connection to load the workspace and verify your license, a current browser with JavaScript and Web Workers, and the supported CSV formats. Product files are processed on your device. Read the workflow guide and try the free export before purchasing.

14-day refund

Contact the seller within 14 days of payment for a full refund, including if you have activated or used the license. Include your Stripe receipt reference and the checkout email so the purchase can be located. You do not need to provide a reason. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the request; your bank may take additional time to show the credit. A full refund ends paid access. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or unavailable software.

Technical limits

Up to 20 MiB, 50,000 records, 250 columns and 2.5 million cells per source file. Price calculations assume two decimal places and a consistent currency and tax basis. Shopify’s import rules and 15 MB limit still apply. A CSV export is not a full store backup and does not guarantee rollback or import acceptance. Check a small group of complete products before a larger import.

Support and privacy

Use the seller contact above for support and purchase questions. The seller handles your order; Stripe processes payment. See the privacy notice for processing, recovery and contact details.
