Your catalog stays on your device.

CatalogLatch parses and compares product and supplier files inside your browser. The application does not upload their contents, filenames, SKUs or prices to its server. Files are held in memory until you close or reload the workspace. Keep downloaded packages somewhere secure.

What the server receives

The hosting service receives network information needed to serve the page and may keep operational logs. The app counts a small set of aggregate actions, such as successful processing and exports, without sending file content or identifiers. These counts are events, not unique people or verified buyers. The seller uses these totals to maintain and improve the product.

Licenses and essential cookies

If you activate a license, the key is sent securely to the application server for verification. An essential HttpOnly cookie remembers access in that browser. Catalog data is never attached. Essential purchase cookies associate a checkout and a purchase with your browser so that you can retrieve your license, including after a delayed payment. These cookies last up to one year and can be deleted in your browser. They are used for access and recovery, not advertising.

Payments and purchase records

When you purchase, Stripe receives the checkout information you provide, including your email and payment details. Read Stripe’s privacy policy. The seller can access order information in Stripe to handle receipts, support, refunds, fraud prevention and accounting.

The application’s own database records opaque payment references, license plan, amount, currency, tax amount, payment date and refund or dispute status. License keys are stored as hashes. The application does not store card numbers, payment addresses or checkout email addresses. Payment confirmation and license delivery are necessary to fulfil your purchase. Purchase records are retained while needed for license recovery and applicable accounting, tax, fraud and dispute obligations.

Support and your rights

The seller identified above is responsible for the product’s customer records. Messages you send for support are used to answer your request. Send your receipt reference for purchase support; avoid sending catalog files or full card details. You can contact the seller to request access, correction or deletion of personal data, or to exercise other applicable data-protection rights. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.

Browser storage

The app does not save your catalog to browser storage or cloud storage. Leaving the page clears unsaved work. Downloaded files remain on your device under your control. Save your license key before deleting access cookies.
